I was very lucky to get sherrold to beta this for me. (Thanks, hon.) Written for the sixth round of atlantis_lvw, where it tied for Most Favorite this round. The theme was 'falling', and we had a 600-word-count limit. In addition, the focus of the story had to be some of the secondary characters.
